Young golfer preparing for significant competition

The rising star boasts considerable social media presence

Kai Trump can count on numerous prominent supporters when she begins her professional golf debut later this week.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be connected to Donald Trump, received a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika competition in Florida.

The former president, an avid golfer, operates numerous international courses and often matches against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we have some close matches," she revealed.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who won't be present, advised her: "Just avoid anxiety."

"He essentially told me to play and relax," she continued.

"To me, he's just a regular grandfather. He can't make it this weekend. He's busy with world affairs, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in only three events this year and maintains the 461st position in AJGA rankings.

However she's able to get advice from 15-time major champion, who is dating her mother.

"He represents the top athlete worldwide," Kai expressed.

"Furthermore, he's a superior person. He suggested me to go out there, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."

The golfer will compete against some of top competitors in women's golf at the competition, including second-ranked the champion, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that her participation helps introduce the sport to new audiences, especially reaching the next generation.

Kai has substantial online presence and recently launched her own fashion and living company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
